The Central Electoral Board (JCE) assured the public that all personal, biometric, and demographic data of Dominicans are under its exclusive control and fully secure amid the upcoming issuance of new identity and voter cards. The statement, read by JCE President Román Andrés Jáquez Liranzo, emphasized the transparency, legality, and security of the bidding and implementation process.
